Fall Living Room Tour
Decorating your house for the different seasons does not mean that you have to start completely over and buy all new everything. It is all about added small touches.
Switching out a couple of items to make your space feel new and refreshed. For Fall I am craving all things cozy. Just by adding a few fall colors you can take your space from bright and sunny summer to warm and cozy Fall.

The first thing I switched out was all my throw pillows. Just switching out pillows alone makes a huge difference. I used a combination of cozy neutrals, textures, and pops of color.
On my small sofa, I used a neutral textured pillow with the most adorable tassels on the ends. Here is a similar one. I love a pillow with tassels. I paired that with the beautiful velvet orange pillows. They added the perfect pop of color.
For the other sofa, I used a tan ticking stripe pillow with this Grateful Pillow and Thankful Pillows. Then for a pop of color on this side of the room, I added this lumbar pillow from Target.
I also love switching out my signs. This beautiful ” Oh Fall it’s nice to see you again” sign was handmade by Cottage Country Corner. It is a subtle touch of fall without being over the top and I am in love! I also love how the grey background compliments my rug.
This rug is from BoutiqueRugs.com. If you are looking for a new rug I have an exclusive coupon code MDD for an additional 5% off your entire order. The name of this rug is Rachel.
Another way to add a touch of Fall with color is to add fall florals. I added this beautiful bunch of orange florals to a glass vase. Not only does it compliment my warm color scheme it adds a major pop of color to my neutral space.
I paired this with chippy corbels and small white pumpkins. Adding a scattering of small pumpkins is the easiest way to add fall to your space.
The last item I added was cozy throw blankets. My favorite one is this cream knit blanket. I use this throw all around the house it is so cozy. And for a touch of color, I used this brown throw from H&M super affordable and so soft.
My sweet Cooper always loves to photo bomb. He decided he was going to make himself cozy on the couch during my photo shoot 😂

I’ve had my eye on your pillows from your bedroom, there is one in particular…it says something about always needing flowers. A must have for me. I’m an avid gardener and love getting my hands in the dirt along with trimming and caring for all my outdoor plants. I love that you share with us how to find these items, thank you for making it very easy for us to purchase them from different sites. The sofas look great with all your pillows, it looks like you could just fall onto the couch while wrapping yourself in one of those throw blankets and enjoy a wonderful snooze. I am loving the color scheme…perfect for this time of year. BTW….loved last years green décor touches, too, for I took a peek at last years Fall decor. 🙂 Your home is always so calming and beautiful.
